📄 APP DEVELOPMENT & PUBLISHING AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made on: 01-01-2026

Between

MM Live

(Hereinafter referred to as the “Mohd. Masroor Malik”)

AND

AAA Online Services

(Hereinafter referred to as the “Developer / Publisher”)

1. Purpose of Agreement

The Client appoints AAA Online Services to design, develop, maintain and publish the mobile application named “MM Live” on Google Play Store under the Developer Account owned by AAA Online Services.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  1. The Application name “MM Live”, its logo, content, brand, videos, images and all associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of MM Live (Client).

  2. AAA Online Services holds publishing rights only for technical and distribution purposes on Google Play Console.

  3. The Developer shall not claim ownership of the application brand or content.

3. Publishing Rights

The Client gives full authorization to AAA Online Services to:

  • Upload and publish the application on Google Play Store

  • Manage updates, releases and policy compliance

  • Act as official technical publisher for the application

4. Responsibilities of Client (MM Live)

The Client confirms that:

  • All app content is legal and does not violate any laws or third-party rights

  • All permissions, licenses and copyrights are owned by the Client

  • The app does not impersonate any person or organization

  • The app follows all Google Play policies

5. Responsibilities of Developer (AAA Online Services)

The Developer agrees to:

  • Maintain the app technically

  • Ensure Google Play compliance

  • Handle App publishing, App updates and technical support

6. Revenue & Monetization

All revenue, branding benefits and user data generated from the app belong to the Client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Term & Termination

This agreement remains valid unless terminated by either party with written notice.

Upon termination, publishing control will be transferred as mutually agreed.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
